Generator and air conditioning for your comfort anywhere in the world. There is lots of storage below decks, offering excellent accommodations for the cruising family or couple. This yacht was kept in Maine until October of 2004 when she came to Florida. In Maine she was dry stored over the winters for 7 months each year. She was built for the owner of the company and is premium quality finished by professionals at the Durbeck Yard.

Accommodations
The interior is all cherry wood. Starting forward is the forepeak locker followed by the bow cabin with two bunks to starboard. A sink, head and shower is to port.
Then the main salon with a settee to port and starboard, and a unique fold down dinette table that extends and rotates to starboard. Next is the Navigation Station to port. To starboard is the galley and bar with 3 pedestal seats. A port side walkthrough with side engine access leads to the aft master cabin. It has a center double berth; to starboard is a head and shower, and a walkthrough full access to a standup engine room. LectraSan head.
Equipped with marine reverse cycle heat and air conditioning.
